Currently serves as the Executive Director of the Special Improvement District for the Township. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the non-profit as well as program delivery to over 500 businesses in the district

Staten Island Economic Development Corp. (SIEDC)

First Vice-President Was responsible for the creation of 3 Business Improvement Districts, a New York State Brownfield Opportunity Area and a $10 million Downtown Revitalization Grant from New York State. Managed projects related to an abandoned railroad park, a borough-wide master plan, a bus rapid transit alternatives analysis and P3/value capture study and a stormwater infrastructure planning study.
